What is it? an antibacterial spot cleaner that also can be used to sanitize surfaces

What does it claim? to be great for bathroom and kitchen -  just dab it! clean it! done!

Who tested it?  Norfolk resident and busy mother of three LaToya Rakes

What Are The Instructions? The first thing you need to do is unlock the pump part of the Windex Touch-up Cleaner. You do this by rotating the pump clockwise.  Next apply product onto soiled surfaces with material of choice: paper, towel, tissue, toilet paper, clean sponge, or rag and then wipe.  If you want to sanitize a heavily soiled area a pre-cleaning is suggested.  Then use enough Windex Touch-up Cleaner to thoroughly wet the surface for ten seconds.

Some important notes of caution about the product are that it needs to be kept out of the reach of children and pets.  You should also unplug all electronic appliances before cleaning them. It's not recommended that you use the Windex Touch-Up Cleaner on wood or other varnished  surfaces.  It's also recommended that you spot test on other surfaces before using and never mix it with other household cleaners.

Did it work? Our tester was very impressed.  With three small children including a newborn she's always looking for things that can help make her life easier. She says this is perfect for her because she doesn't always have time to pull out a cleaner and grab a cloth for life's little messes. With this product she can just grab a tissue, dab the product and spot clean quickly.

Cost/Availability? You can purchase the Windex Touch-Up Cleaner at Walmart for $3.47.

Additional Comments: This product should be kept out of reach of children and pets.  You should also avoid contact with your eyes when using this product because it could cause irritation.
