CHESAPEAKE -- The builder of the new South Norfolk Jordan Bridge has been fined $28,00 in connection to a construction accident that happened in June.
A massive section of the bridge was being lowered into place when it came crashing down on the Chesapeake side.
There were a few minor injuries, and it pushed the bridge opening from July to late October.
