NORFOLK- Police have made an arrest in a murder Saturday night.
Officers have charged 22-year-old Austin T. Greening with murder and use of a firearm.
Saturday around 7 p.m., officers say someone called about a shooting at the Pinewood Gardens Apartments in the 7600 block of Gifford Street. Authorities say the adult male victim died at the scene.
Investigators have not released the name of the victim, and an autopsy report is pending.
Homicide detectives say they are not disclosing a motive behind the crime at this time.
Greening is currently being held at the Norfolk City Jail.
