NORFOLK - A man was arrested following a three-and-a-half hour standoff at a home in Norfolk.
Police were called just before 4:00 a.m. about a man sexually assaulting his wife in their West Little Creek Road near Wards Corner.
"The victim fled the house and was taken to the hospital," said police spokeswoman Karen Parker-Chesson.
The suspect, who hasn't been identified, refused to leave the home, but he was taken into custody about 7:30 a.m.
He was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries, she stated.
The incident is under investigation.
