HAMPTON -- Police are looking for the person who shot and killed outside a Hampton restaurant Sunday morning.

Police and rescue crews were called to Jack's on E. Pembroke Avenue around 2:00 a.m.

They found  27-year-old Charlie Moses Woodbury on the ground outside the business.

Investigators believe that Woodbury, who lived in Hampton, and the suspect were arguing outside the restaurant and then shots were fired.

Anyone with information cab call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
