HAMPTON -- A Hampton man has a lot more cash in his pockets. Donald Jackson picked a Jewel 7s scratch ticket worth $100,000.
He took a chance at a 7-Eleven on Orcutt Avenue, where he'd stopped to get a cool drink.
It's not the first time Jackson's won big money playing games in the Virginia Lottery. In January, he bought a King of Cash scratch ticket and won $10,000.
Jackson, who owns a small business, told lottery officials he doesn't have any special plans for the money.
