HAMPTON -- A Hampton man faces several charges after leading police on a chase.
State Police say they were trying to pull over 27-year-old Marcus Wilkins for speeding down I-64 in Hampton Thursday afternoon.
Wilkins did not pull over, and instead led them on a chase until he crashed his car at the Aberdeen Rd exit of I-664.
Police say Wilkins tried to run off, but was caught when he tried to jump a fence and fell on the ground.
Wilkins was arrested and brought to the Hampton City Jail.
