HAMPTON-Jan. 21, 2013: Anthony Wallace, 33, is charged with two counts of Maiming, one count of Attempt Maiming, three counts of Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony and three counts of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
