3rd suspect in Hampton Walmart shooting arrested after year-long search

HAMPTON-- After nearly a year, police arrested the third and final suspect wanted in connection with a Walmart shooting in Hampton.

Police arrested 31-year-old Ryan Christopher Fultz of the 900 block of Emma Kate Court on Monday.

On Dec. 27, 2011, a 28-year-old Hampton man was shot multiple times in the Walmart parking located in the 1900 block of Cunningham Drive. 

Fultz is charged with maiming, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, revocation of a suspended sentence and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in connection with the shooting.

Two additional suspects, David Lamar Andrews and Randell Lamont Woods, were arrested at the Best Western on West Mercury Boulevard last December.

Fultz is currently in the Hampton City Jail.
