CHESAPEAKE - Nearly four months after an 18-year-old was shot and killed at a party, police arrested a man for the murder.
21-year-old Raymond “Ray-Ray” Wyche was charged Thursday, Feb. 28 for the Nov. 10, 2012 shooting of Deonta Cartwright.
Cartwright was at a party at the home on Butt Street when he heard gunfire, his sister told us last year. After checking on her, he answered the door and was shot in the head, she stated.
Wyche was charged with 1st Degree Murder, Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony and Possession of a Firearm.
