Police arrest man for firing shots in Chesapeake street

CHESAPEAKE -- Police were called to Berkley Avenue Tuesday afternoon when a man was firing shots in the street.
According to police, officers arrived on the scene, set up a perimeter, and the suspect surrendered without any injuries.
Police say the gunman did not hit anything or anyone.
He is currently in police custody.
