CHESAPEAKE -- Police are searching for a suspect who robbed a popular pizza restaurant early Sunday morning.

Around 1:50 a.m., a man reportedly walked into the Chanello's Pizza in the 300 block of Johnstown Road.

 The suspect displayed a handgun and demanded cash. He left the store with an undisclosed amount of money.

The robber was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black clothing and a black mask.

The suspect is described as being between 5 feet 4 inches to 5 feet 6 inches tall, considered to be heavy set, and walked with a limp.

No injuries were reported.
