CHESAPEAKE - A 30-year-old Chesapeake man was found dead in a ditch near a crashed motorcycle.
Police were called around 8:35 a.m. Friday to Moses Grandy Trail near Shipyard Rd.
They found the body 30-year-old Anthony S. Budzina, who lived on Jockey Court, but they don't know what happened to send his motorcycle off the road or when.
Investigators are trying to determine how the crash happened.
