CHESAPEAKE--An SUV flipped over on a city street Tuesday night. Luckily the driver was not critically injured.
The accident happened around 8:45 p.m. in the 1500 block of Atlantic Avenue. The SUV ended up on its top in the middle of the street.
According to police spokesperson, Kelly O'Sullivan, the driver was pulled from the wreck and was alert and talking to rescue personel. The driver was taken to the hospital with injuries that were not life threatening.
The accident is under investigation.
