9/19: 9:40 a.m. update: William Terry Jr. was arrested at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday in the South Norfolk area.

9/18: 9:00 a.m. update: Police are looking for 53-year-old William Terry Jr. They say he and a person at the home got into an argument and that led to the shooting.
He's wanted on charges of Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling, Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony, Use of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Brandishing a Firearm and Vandalism.

CHESAPEAKE- Police were on scene of a shooting Tuesday night in the South Norfolk section of the city.

Officers were called to the 2200 block of Farmer Lane around 9 p.m. for a  report of shots fired into an occupied house.

According to police spokesperson Dorienne Boykin, no one was hurt and officers pursued the suspect on Farmer Lane.  K-9 officers searched in the area of Pond and Shady Lane.
