On April 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., localities in Hampton Roads and across the country will collect expired, unwanted or unused medications and destroy them.
What will be accepted? Pills, liquids in their containers. Liquids, such as cough syrup, should remain sealed in their original container. NOTE: Remove identifying information from bottles or boxes ahead of time
What won't be accepted? I-V solutions, injectibles, syringes
You will not be asked any questions about the items you turn in and will not be asked for identification.
