Dozens of military heroes took to the sky over Suffolk Sunday. Forty wounded warriors were treated to a special skydiving session. They included veterans from Afghanistan and even an 81 year old Korean war Vet.
Among those who took the leap Sunday was 81 year old Bob Vandelinde. His last jump was as a Sgt first class during the Korean War.
Skydive Suffolk donated their services and Troopswap.com coordinated the event hoping to raise ten thousand dollars for wounded warriors and their families.
