PORTSMOUTH-- Police say a mother and father in Portsmouth used stun guns on their children.
Andrea and Regina Wilson face charges of child cruelty and felony child neglect.
Their three children, 12-year-old Jayvon, 9-year-old Asia and 7-year-old Lanaya are in the care of child Protective Services.
The parents deny the allegation.
