CHESAPEAKE -- Kasonn Swint, of Chesapeake, is fighting for his life after his vehicle overturned near the intersection of Independence and Volvo Parkway.
A Chesapeake police officer saw a Chrysler Sebring overturned and resting on its roof around 1:20 Saturday morning.
Kasonn Swint, 24, was the driver of the 4 vehicle and the only person inside.
Police say Swint has serious, possibly life-threatening injuries. He was taken to Norfolk General Hospital for treatment.
The accident is currently under investigation and police say speed and alcohol were factors in the accident.
Police will release more information as it becomes available.
