Norfolk carjacking/home invasion
NORFOLK -- Norfolk Police say a man arrived home to find a strange minivan outside his home and a burglar inside.
The burglars got some firearms and then stole a car a few doors away.
Investigators were called to 1420 and 1438 Dure Road around 11:30 a.m.
Police say the homeowner told them the minivan drove off as he approached the front door to his home. Once inside, a man wearing a brown hoodie spotted him and ran off.
He pulled a gun on someone a few doors away and drove off in his 1991 silver Lincoln Towncar with Virginia plates JVX3634.
The suspects are white men, in their late 20s to mid-30s.
The minivan was green with a partial license plate XPY. It may be a Ford Windstar, according to police.
No one was hurt in either incident.
