CHESAPEAKE--Saturday morning, Deep Creek Ruritan Club held a Pankcake Fundraiser for the family of Carolyn "CeeCee" Walker. The 12 year old was shot and killed in Chesapeake. A 13 year old boy has been charged. Saturday morning, more than $3000 were raised for the family including donations and raffles. There is also a fund set up in Walker's name at all area Wells Fargo Banks.
