CHESAPEAKE -- Police Swat and negotiation teams have arrested one man after a barricade situation.
34-year-old Jeremy Breeden surrendered to the Swat Team Sunday afternoon, shortly before 2 p.m.
Police spokesperson Ravi Sheth tells 13 News officers encountered the barricaded suspect in the 100 block of Country Club Blvd. around 12:15 p.m.
Officials say Breeden has warrants for abduction and assault.
Breeden was taken to the Chesapeake City Jail without injury.
Police tell 13 News Country Club Blvd. will reopen to traffic shortly.
