VIRGINIA BEACH -- Two women have stolen items from three daycares and three elementary schools in Va. Beach since November, police said.
Police say the women provided false information to get inside the facilities and, in the case of the daycares, asked for tours. They went into classrooms, offices and libraries and took purses, credit cards and money that had been left unattended.
Police say the women were seen in an older model light-blue Oldsmobile or Buick with damage to the front passenger door and fender. The vehicle may be missing some hubcaps.
The women are described as black - one in her 40s and the other between 25-35 years old. The older woman is about six feet tall and weighs about 160 pounds. The younger woman is about 5’3" tall and weighs around 170 pounds. She had a piercing on the right side of her nose.
