SUFFOLK -- Two teenagers are charged with throwing rocks at vehicles in Suffolk.
The 16-year-old and 14-year-old boys are each charged with 18 felony counts of throwing missiles at occupied vehicle, 18 counts of misdemeanor vandalism and 18 counts of trespassing on railroad tracks, City spokeswoman Debbie George told WVEC.com.
Police say the two threw rocks found along the railroad tracks in the 1900 block of Wilroy Road last Friday and Saturday.
Rocks smashed windshields and dented the vehicles, causing hundreds of dollars in damage.
