Healthier Snacking
Quick Snacks for only 100 calories
Pre packaged bags of snacks that only add up to a hundred calories are
great, but can get expensive. Here are a few you can assemble at home
ahead of time for a snack attack.
5 vanilla wafers
10 roasted almonds or cashews
10 animal crackers
15 chocolate raisins
26 grapes (1 cup)
30 oyster crackers
10 dried apricot halves (1/2 cup) , unsweetened
4 chocolate kisses
1 mozzarella string cheese
1 squeezable yogurt
10 small carrots with ¼ cup hummus dip
2 graham cracker squares each spread with 1 teaspoon of peanut butter
1 Medium sized banana
1 Large Apple
