LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Her attorney figures that Nicollette Sheridan should get $6 million for being killed off "Desperate Housewives" after the show's creator slapped her.

Her lawyer says Marc Cherry gave her a hard whack while she was filming a scene. Cherry's attorney says it was more of a tap.

Sheridan is scheduled to be the first witness. Eva Longoria, Teri Hatcher, Felicity Huffman and Marcia Cross are also on the list of potential witnesses.
