The ancient Tibetan Mastiff is royalty among dogs. It has been theorized that this breed is the originator of all mastiff breeds. These big, thick-furred dogs are prized in China and elsewhere for their luxuriant coats and noble bearing. In recent years, Tibetan Mastiffs have become a status symbol in China alongside sports cars and other luxuries. What is the cost of such a highly-prized pooch?
