NORFOLK -- CS Lewis’ “ScrewTape Letters”, a critically-acclaimed play, is on stage now for the Virginia Arts Festival.

Max MacLean, the star of the national tour, was on 13News at Noon Tuesday, May 1, to talk about upcoming performances at the Wells Theatre in downtown Norfolk.

Set in an eerily stylish office in hell, the play follows the clever scheming of Satan's chief psychiatrist, Screwtape, as he entices a human 'patient' toward damnation.

Performances start May 1 and run through Sunday, May 6. Click here to see a clip from the play.

To purchase tickets, call 757-282-2822, go to the Wells Theatre box office at 440 Bank Street weekdays, or click here to get the tickets online.
