NEW YORK (AP) -- A judge in New York has refused to pull the plug on a lawsuit that claims Beyonce reneged on a big-ticket video game deal. Gate Five claims Beyonce backed out on a $20 million deal for what was to be a game called "Starpower: Beyonce." Lawyers for the singer claim they had the right to pull out because the company didn't have its money right. But the company claims Beyonce messed up the deal by pulling out, costing the company a deal with its financial backer. The New York Post reports that in letting the suit go forward, the judge said Beyonce should have given the company a heads up she was planning to quit the project.
