The boy who played an adorable Darth Vader in a Volkswagen ad during the 2011 Super Bowl will have open heart surgery Wednesday, Business Insider reports.
Max Page, 7, was born with a congenital heart defect, according to ad agency Deutsch LA. The surgery will replace his pulmonary valve and fix a hole in his heart.
Max reportedly also serves as an ambassador for Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles, raising money for other children with heart defects.
