Fleet Week New York
120523-N-WX378-016 NEW YORK (May 23, 2012) Sailors on Pier 92 watch USS Donald Cook (DDG-75) as the ship steams up the Hudson River along with the parade of ships that are participating in Fleet Week New York 2012. Fleet Week New York 2012 marks the 25th year the city has celebrated the nation's sea services. This year, the seven-day event coincides with the commemoration of the Bicentennial of the War of 1812 and will host more than 6,000 service-members from the Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard team in addition to coalition ships from around the world.
