NORFOLK--- When you're stressed out and tired, it's sometimes hard to find the motivation to exercise.
But what if you could relax and work out at the same time?
Hot Yoga is the perfect mix.
Thursday I tried a class at Hot House Yoga in Ghent.
When they say "hot," they mean it.
You enter into heated room, the warm temperature is supposed to protect your muscles as you stretch.
As you go through the movements, your body releases heat endorphins to fight back against stress. You sweat a lot, getting rid of all the toxins!
At the end...you feel incredible.
I'm certainly not an expert on form, but the instructor makes anyone feel comfortable.
It's just $10 to try yoga for an entire week.
