New butterfly exhibit to take flight at Norfolk Botanical Garden

NORFOLK -- Mission Monarch: Project Milkweed will get underway at the Norfolk Botanical Garden Friday, June 13. 

The summer exhibit will focus on the issues and solutions for the declining monarch butterfly population.The Butterfly House and 3-acre Bristow Butterfly Garden will serve as the backdrop for the exhibit. 

Visitors will have a chance to learn how to attract butterflies and how to make a difference by using Milkweed plants.
