Men from all over Hampton Roads donned women's high heeled shoes and walked for a mile. It was all to raise money to stop sexual violence.
The money raised will go to the Center for Sexual Assault Survivors. This is a non-profit rape crisis center serving Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, Smithfield, York County and Isle of Wight County. The organization provides counseling, support groups, a 24-hour crisis line, hospital/legal companionship and professional training to men, women and children at no cost.
