YORK COUNTY - Virginia State Police responded to the scene of a fatal accident in York County on Saturday morning.
The call came in just after 9 a.m. Saturday morning. Police say one person, the driver of the vehicle, died. Another was flown to Norfolk General. The condition of that victim is unknown.
Police at the scene tell 13 News both airbags deployed. The driver was partially ejected from the car after losing control.
Police say they don't know whether speed or alcohol were factors in the accident.
