NORFOLK - You can work on losing weight while increasing funding for the Up Center by taking part in the Jan. 26 stair climb at Dominion Tower in Norfolk.

The Up Center is a regional non-profit social services agency, which serves more than 10,000 people in need in Hampton Roads each year.

To be ready for the big climb, there will be two warm-up sessions - Jan. 12 and Jan. 19 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the tower. That way, you can meet others who will join you in walking or running up 25 flights of stairs – that’s 580 steps.
