NORFOLK -- Two events are joining forces to raise money for our nation’s warriors and their families.

Jumpin' For Frogmen and 31 Heroes will run and work out on August 2 at Town Point Park in downtown Norfolk. Click here to sign up.

If you can't go in person, you can work out as a "virtual racer."

Proceeds this year will be distributed among the Travis Manion Foundation, the Navy SEAL Foundation and The 31Heroes Project.  31 Heroes has raised over $1 million for charity partners and the families who lost a loved one in the crash of a helicopter in Afghanistan on 8.6.11.

You can get $5.00 off adult registration for the Norfolk Joggin' for Frogmen 5k! Use code 31H-JFF-NORFOLK.
