VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WVEC) -- A white van crashed through a wall in Virginia Beach Thursday night.
According to dispatch, the call came in around 10:25 p.m. at the 700 block of Regency Drive. No injuries were reported.
Virginia Beach Police said the driver, 28-year-old Devontay Raymond Harrington, was arrested and charged with DUI and possession of marijuana. Harrington's home address is listed one street over from where the accident happened.
