Baltimore FBI officers look for robbery suspects possibly in Va. Beach

Investigators believe the subjects could still be on the Maryland Eastern Shore, Baltimore, Delaware, Virginia Beach, or in the Washington, D.C. area.

BALTIMORE, Md. (WVEC) -- The Baltimore FBI is asking for help identifying three men, possibly in the Virginia Beach area, wanted in connection with an armed robbery in Maryland.

Authorities said the armed robbery takeover of a Loomis armored truck occurred in Salisbury, Maryland on Jan. 22 around 7 a.m. in the 1100 block of Mt. Hermon Road.

An investigation revealed a male armored truck driver was approached by an armed male suspect and two others while filling at ATM machine with cash. The suspects immediately demanded money while binding the driver's hands. The suspects stole the driver's company issued gun and money before leaving the scene.

Investigators believe the subjects could still be on the Maryland Eastern Shore, Baltimore, Delaware, Virginia Beach, or in the Washington, D.C. area.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to an arrest(s) in the case.
