NORFOLK, Va. — A 16-year-old boy was shot in the kneecap in Norfolk.
The call came in around 3:30 p.m. Friday. When officers arrived, they found the teen suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
He was taken to the hospital by an acquaintance before medics arrived at the scene in the 800 block of Tidewater Drive.
