NORFOLK - A Norfolk man is charged in a crash that killed two people and injured a third.
Daniel Lee Jamison Jr., 20, was arrested after being released from the hospital.
Police say he was driving a maroon 2006 Hyundai Sonata that crashed into another vehicle early Saturday on N. Military Highway at Johnstons Road.
He's charged with DUI, underage possession of alcohol, driving on a suspended license and no insurance.
Charges could be placed against Jamison for the deaths of Michael Darrow Hall, 20, and Laura Marie Etzell, 21, once the Norfolk commonwealth's attorney reviews the police report.
The third victim remains hospitalized in serious condition, according to police.
