HAMPTON - A woman is charged with DUI after sideswiping a State Police vehicle, authorities say.
Investigators say Ciara Shavon Palmer, 23, took the westbound Hampton Roads Center Parkway around 6:10 a.m.
At the intersection with Magruder Blvd., she struck the trooper's car, officers added.
She was treated for minor injuries and has been charged with DUI, unsafe lane chance and having a concealed weapon, State Police stated.
