NEWPORT NEWS - One teen has died and another remains hospitalized following a shooting last month in Newport News.

It happened on Ridley Circle just before 6:30 p.m. on March 26.
Police say they received two calls about gunfire in the neighborhood.
Residents say the victims were part of a group standing outside and that someone opened fire on the group.
Demetrius L. Hunter, 17, from Newport News, was shot in the head and died on March 30; Cortez Dayshawn Bumphus, 16, of Hampton, was struck in the torso.
Investigators aren't sure whether the incident was gang related.
